E.1 Scope and pricing. The translation, interpreting and transcription services FCA offers, the languages, turnaround and prices are on the product page at https://fundcapitalamerica.com/services/language-services/, as posted when the request is submitted. A signed pricing agreement controls over the page.

E.2 Quality and certification. Work is done with reasonable care by FCA or independent linguists. It is not a certified translation unless FCA states so in writing. The customer decides whether a certified or court-qualified interpreter is needed for any hearing, deposition or filing.

E.3 Confidentiality. Linguists must keep material confidential. The customer should not send more information than the task needs.
