C.1 Scope and pricing. The investigation and process service offerings, their scope, turnaround and prices are on the product page at https://fundcapitalamerica.com/services/investigation-services/, as posted when the request is submitted. A signed pricing agreement controls over the page. Services include locates, field work, surveillance and service of process, and other investigative work FCA lists on its page.

C.2 Licensed third-party investigators. FCA performs investigations through independent, licensed third-party investigators and, for service of process, through registered process servers, where a license or registration is required. FCA selects them (Master Terms Section 3.6). They are not FCA employees. FCA does not use pretexting or obtain protected records unlawfully, and requires its providers to work only by lawful methods. The customer must have a lawful purpose and any required consent.

C.3 Service of process. The provider will attempt service as the order and the product page state (attempts, time window, rush options and fees for extra attempts or re-service). Proof of service is provided when service is completed. FCA and its providers do not guarantee that a person will be found or served, and are not responsible for a person who evades service, for court deadlines, or for whether service is valid in the court where the case is pending. The customer confirms the documents, the address and the deadlines.

C.4 Findings are not guaranteed. Findings are provided as gathered by the provider and are not guaranteed to be complete or to locate any person or fact. FCA gives no legal opinion about what a finding means or whether it is admissible.

C.5 Reports; payment. Reports and findings are covered by Master Terms Section 5.5 (internal use only; no sharing with opposing parties; no resale). Payment terms, late fees and the card surcharge are the same as Schedule B unless the product page or a signed agreement says otherwise.
